Included Usage (per calendar month): Each plan includes a monthly allowance of streams and bandwidth. The included amounts reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

Overage Charges: The organization is solely responsible for all usage that exceeds the included monthly allowance. Overage is billed per stream and per GB of bandwidth delivered beyond the included amounts, at the following rates:
- 🌱 Growth: $3.00/stream · $0.80/GB
- 📈 Scale: $1.50/stream · $0.50/GB
- 🏢 Business: $0.75/stream · $0.30/GB
- ✨ White-Label: from $0.40/stream · $0.20/GB (custom)
Billing: Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and invoiced to the organization. If autopay is enabled, overage is charged automatically via the organization's selected payment method (Stripe or APUSD). If autopay is disabled, invoices must be paid within 15 days. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
Data Measurement: Bandwidth is measured as total bytes delivered from BLAQclouds infrastructure to end viewers, including HLS playlist and segment requests. Stream count is measured as individual stream session creations. Both are tracked per calendar month.
Revenue Share: A percentage of all content revenue generated through the API is shared with BLAQclouds: Growth (8%), Scale (5%), Business (3%), White-Label (1–2%).
All prices in APUSD (1 APUSD = $1 USD). No setup fees. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law.
